Terms of Use

Use of this interface.

By accessing or using HabitProofX you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the interface.

01

What HabitProofX is

HabitProofX is a decentralized, non-custodial software interface. It helps you set a recurring fiat-to-crypto habit, display estimated fees, and hand you off to ProveX so a payment can be proven with a zero-knowledge proof. Crypto is intended to settle to a wallet you control.

HabitProofX is not a bank, broker-dealer, money transmitter, exchange, custodian, investment adviser, commodity pool operator, or fiduciary. We do not take possession of your fiat, your crypto, your private keys, or your seed phrase. We do not execute trades for you. On-chain activity is performed by you through your wallet and, where applicable, by independent protocols such as ProveX.

02

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the operators of the HabitProofX interface (“we”, “us”). You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and legally able to enter a contract.

You may not use the interface if you are located in, organized in, or a resident of a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction, or if you are a person or entity on a sanctions list administered by OFAC or a comparable authority, or if applicable law forbids you from using cryptographic assets or peer-to-peer software of this kind.

Access from a jurisdiction where this product would require a license we do not hold is at your own risk and may be prohibited. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws of your country, including tax, securities, commodities, payments, and consumer-protection rules.

03

Not advice, not an offer

Nothing on this site is investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Token mentions (including $PRVX), burn figures, fee examples, APY language, and vault descriptions are informational or illustrative. They are not an offer to sell, a solicitation to buy, or a promise of return.

Digital assets are volatile. You can lose all value. Past burns, prices, or protocol activity do not predict future results. You should not use funds you cannot afford to lose.

04

Your wallet and keys

You interact through a self-custodial wallet (MetaMask or Phantom). You are solely responsible for that wallet, its seed phrase, device security, and any transaction you approve. HabitProofX never asks for a seed phrase, private key, or unlimited token approval. When the Streak Vault is live, a stake may ask your wallet to approve only the exact amount to the pinned vault contract. If any screen asks for unlimited allowance, a seed, or a permit you did not start, you are not on this interface — stop immediately.

Wallet signatures and on-chain transactions are irreversible. We cannot reverse, cancel, refund, or retrieve funds sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network, or through a phishing site.

When you stake, the ERC-20 is transferred into the Streak Vault contract. It is not frozen inside MetaMask, Phantom, or a hardware wallet. The vault holds the tokens; you hold the keys. Unstake returns the same token amount to the wallet that signed. Tokens left in cold storage that never sign a stake transaction are not in the vault and do not earn vault yield.

05

ProveX and other third parties

Fiat ramps, zero-knowledge payment proofs, and escrow release are provided by ProveX and related smart contracts, not by HabitProofX. When you follow a ProveX link you leave this interface and become subject to ProveX’s own terms, privacy policy, and risks. Official ProveX is served only at app.provex.com. We do not control ProveX uptime, proof validity, counterparties, or settlement timing.

Public RPC nodes, block explorers, DexScreener price data, font providers, and (if you sign in) authentication providers are independent. Their failures or policies are not our liability.

06

Habits, local data, and on-chain commitments

Habit amounts, cadences, and “mark complete” streaks stored in your browser are a local reminder. They are not a bank standing order, not a smart-contract subscription that moves funds, and not an input to vault yield. Anyone with access to your device can alter that data. Clearing site data deletes it.

Until a real registry is deployed, habits save on this device only. On-chain commits are disabled (fail-closed). After deployment, an optional “save habit on-chain” action is a zero-value transaction whose calldata records a commitment. It does not lock funds and does not authorize spending.

07

Immutable contracts, decentralization, and IPFS

After testing and completion, HabitProofX smart contracts are deployed immutable: no proxy, no admin key, no upgrade path. We cannot pause, patch, or seize funds in those contracts. Immutability means a discovered bug cannot be hotfixed in place.

The protocol is decentralized: there is no central custodian and no company ledger that can reverse chain history. ProveX, public RPCs, and your wallet remain independent.

Protocol metadata — verified source, ABI, a frozen snapshot of these Terms plus Privacy, Security and the white paper, and any future vault or token metadata — is packed as a content-addressed IPFS directory. Public DHT pinning is a launch gate. Your habit reminders are not stored on IPFS. A content-addressed IPFS mirror of the interface is published when contracts freeze so the matching UI can be verified independently of any single web host.

08

Fees and the Streak Vault

The interface shows an estimated HabitProofX fee of 1% on every ramp. You keep 99%. That estimate is for display. The browser does not collect the fee. Any protocol, ProveX, network gas, or third-party fee is charged by those systems under their rules. You keep the remainder of a successful ramp as crypto, subject to those systems actually settling.

Streak Vault yield, stablecoin streaming, and streak-weighted multipliers described on this site are not payable until a deployed, independently verifiable vault exists. When live, yield is collected with a Claim transaction that does not unstake. Unstake only returns principal. Independent audit is recommended and is not a condition of launch. Unaudited contracts can contain bugs that cannot be patched if the vault is immutable. Local streaks never create a claim.

09

Networks and assets

Supported DCA networks in the interface are PulseChain (369), Ethereum (1), Base (8453), Solana, Sui, and Robinhood as a destination venue. You may pick any token on those networks (listed or custom identifier). Vault staking is any ERC-20 on a live vault chain — PulseChain first; Ethereum and Base when those addresses are pinned. Sending assets on any other network, or to any other contract, can result in permanent loss. You must verify chain ID and token address before signing. Native PLS is not staked; wrap it to WPLS first.

10

Prohibited use

You agree not to:

Use the interface to violate law, evade sanctions, launder proceeds, finance crime, or defraud anyone; attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the interface except as allowed by a published bug-bounty or responsible-disclosure program; scrape in a way that degrades service; impersonate HabitProofX or ProveX; phish users; inject malware; bypass geographic or eligibility controls; or use automated systems to game incomplete or local streak features as if they were payable.

11

Intellectual property

The HabitProofX name, logo, layout, and original copy are owned by their respective holders. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the interface for personal, lawful use. You may not copy, frame, or commercially exploit the interface without permission. Open-source components remain under their licenses. ProveX and $PRVX marks belong to their owners.

12

No warranty

THE INTERFACE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, accurate prices or balances, successful ProveX settlement, or that the interface is free of vulnerabilities.

13

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR CONTRIBUTORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST CRYPTO, GAS FEES, SLIPPAGE, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE INTERFACE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF TEN U.S. DOLLARS (US $10) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE INTERFACE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.

14

Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the operators and contributors of HabitProofX from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the interface, your transactions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

15

Changes, suspension, termination

We may modify the interface or these Terms at any time. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the new Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. We may suspend or discontinue the interface without notice, including for security, legal, or operational reasons. On-chain records are unaffected by our taking the website down.

16

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law of your residence cannot be waived. You agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting us through the official interface. If unresolved, exclusive venue is the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless a mandatory law requires otherwise. You waive class actions to the extent permitted by law.

17

Miscellaneous

If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement for the interface and supersede prior terms for this site. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization. Headings are for convenience only.
